Clearwater Development currently owns and manages 6-10 North Terrace which has been successfully converted from a residential nursing home to 12 residential apartments and 5 commercial units that are all let as thriving homes and businesses. Noted in several publications, the conversion has been regarded as highly successful, supporting the regeneration of the Seaham Harbour area.

The latest project, 21 North Terrace, has been the conversion of a 3 storey terraced property into 3 commercial units and 3 residential apartments. The main ground floor unit has been let to 'Roosters Piri Piri', bringing a main stream restaurant chain to the harbour area.
