After standing empty for 20 years and in desperate need of transformation, Clearwater Developments has stepped in to modernise and regenerate this beautiful sea view building. We are currently in the process of fully refurbishing and converting the building into a mixed-use venue offering leisure and office space all under one roof! 

We are thrilled to announce that Fit24 have signed to lease the whole 22,000 square feet of ground floor space. This will bring a much needed, high-quality gym and leisure facility to the building and surrounding areas.
